Dispatcher

Summary:

This position is the direct line of communication with our customers. Dispatchers are responsible for receiving calls or work orders and transmitting that information to the technicians. This position also processes all incoming Service Orders. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure customers receive the care that Advanced Refrigeration & Air promises and the flow of paperwork is done in a timely manner.

Essentials Duties

• Answer all incoming calls to main line including service calls and the receptionist line
• Answer general phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Receive and dispatch work orders and service calls for technician's service calls in order of receiving
• Answer and dispatch service calls.
• Dispatch all service calls to appropriate technicians
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspect of staff and company information
• Good time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Work well in a team environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 2+ Years Administrative Office Experience
• A critical thinker who can troubleshoot basic issues independently
• Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience in Acumatica, Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, and SharePoint a plus.
• Experienced in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a similar technical industry (preferred)
• Professional and friendly communication
• Proficient experience in Microsoft Office products, such as: Excel, Outlook, Word.
• Punctual and dependable
