Fire Systems Technician

The Fire Systems Technician will travel to customer sites to provide scheduled fire system testing and documentation.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Utilize testing apparatus to verify the operation of installed fire detection systems
- Provide test results and summaries to clients on the functionality of Fire Detection system
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections of Fire Detection Systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Assist in documenting service procedures and service-related activities
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality service to clients
What You Bring to Assure Success:
- Previous experience in the service or installation of Fire Detection systems
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new technologies and basic troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to work independently, be self-directed and make sound decisions based on customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach
- Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites
- NICET Certification is preferred, but not required with the right experience. Any other industry related certs or training are also a plus. (Ex: Siemens, Simplex, etc.)
