Type of equipment: Baxter pumps, GE monitors

Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend, can't commit to block scheduling, scheduling must meet the needs of the department
Floating policy: No floating outside of the ED but must be open to floating to all sections in the ED
Patient Experience requirements: AIDET, respectful behavior, patient experience to each patient, boards updated with info and pt updated throughout visit
Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, ENPC within 90 days of hire
Hiring profile: Requested skill set: 2 years experience in Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, high volume 100,000 visit ED. Previous HCA experience preferred. Must have: 2 years experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in ER setting, teamwork mentality, ability to coach and give feedback in real time. Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED. Advanced skills needed: Must be able to read telemetry monitors and pass the tele exam.
