Superintendent
As the Superintendent, you will oversee day-to-day field operations and report directly to the Project Leadership team, ensuring the safe, high-quality, and on-schedule delivery of a large-scale federal construction program. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading site coordination, sequencing, and execution of all construction activities
- Managing subcontractors and enforcing contract scope, quality, and safety standards
- Driving daily planning, scheduling, and look-ahead meetings
- Overseeing exterior work beginning in the coming months
- Working in tandem with an established Quality Control team already assigned to the project
- Ensuring full compliance with federal requirements, documentation, and reporting
- Collaborating with owners, consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues proactively

For the Superintendent role we are seeking:
- Proven experience delivering federal, military, or government-funded construction projects
- Strong field leadership and ability to manage large, complex site operations
- Thorough understanding of federal compliance, reporting, and quality standards
- Ability to drive schedule, manage subcontractors, and maintain a safe, organized site
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work on a long-term assignment anywhere in the US. First Project in TX
What's on offer:
- Base salary: $140,000 - $150,000
- GSA-standard living package:
- $3,346/month housing
- $2,680/month per diem
- Completion bonus
