SAIC has an opening for a Junior Intelligence Analyst who will support an exciting and unique mission. In this role, you will leverage specialized technical expertise and processes to analyze complex data and support operations against challenging mission requirements. This work is conducted in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment where ideas are openly shared and innovation is encouraged.
The position includes a comprehensive 90-day training program, during which hands-on instruction is provided by experienced and qualified analysts. After qualification, analysts remain in a continuous learning environment where they progressively take on great responsibility and are developed into high skilled experts supporting the mission.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated and takes initiative in the workplace. A strong sense of curiosity, along with a willingness to learn, ask questions, and continuously improve is essential for success in this role.

Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct domain awareness using available ELINT tools and analytical methods to determine capability, intent, and identification
- Develop tailored assessments for the customer's mission conducting long term-analysis to understand complex environments
- Develop high-quality deliverables that clearly communicate analytical insights to senior stakeholders to support informed decision-making using tools such as PowerPoint and ArcGIS
- Periodically perform watch standing duties which consist of eight hours shifts in support of a 24-hour watch floor. This is typically required 3-4 times per year for approximately a two-week period.
- Must currently hold a TS/SCI and have the ability to obtain a TS/SCI with polygraph prior to starting position
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, professional or military
- Bachelor's Degree, or professional or military experience can be substituted for the degree
- Ability to brief customers and presenting analytical findings
- Ability to multi-task and produce high-quality deliverables within tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with senior level management, stakeholders, and team members
- Strong aptitude for learning new technology
- Must be highly organized and detail oriented
- Experience with ArcGIS PRO or other mapping software
- Prior background in ELINT analysis or all-source intelligence
