Project Delivery Specialist

Work You'll Do As a Project Delivery Specialist for our federal sector client in the Human Capital group, you will:
- Serve as a strategic partner to one or more executives to prioritize workflows and maximize leadership effectiveness
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel in collaboration with a designated travel coordinator
- Manage executive stakeholder engagements, facilitate key relationships, and represent the organization with discretion
- Anticipate needs, prepare briefing materials, and track actions for high-priority initiatives
- Navigate ambiguity, sequence competing priorities, and provide proactive guidance to maintain momentum

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.
Qualifications Required : Bachelor's degree Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required Ability to work fully onsite in McLean, VA 5+ years providing high-level, personalized support to executive leaders, including serving as a strategic partner or chief of staff 3+ years coordinating complex travel in collaboration with a designated travel coordinator or service function and engaging external stakeholders on behalf of executives with discretion 3+ years anticipating needs, preparing critical executive materials for high-priority initiatives, and managing competing priorities in ambiguous environments Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Must be able to be on site 100% of the time in McLean, VA or Bethesda, MD
Preferred: 2+ years of experience in professional services environment
