Skills/Experience:

Must have:

SME level knowledge of Oracle RAC 12c install, migration, patching, tuning, HA configuration and
Extensive experience in GoldenGate install, config, DB migration, tuning, documentation, production go-live assistance
GoldenGate CDR (Conflict Detection and Resolution) Setup and configuration
Extensive experience in database design, performance tuning, problem triage and monitoring
Deep understanding of Oracle internal Architecture, Oracle GoldenGate replication and Oracle HA database implementations
Skilled in both uni- and in bi-directional replication with Conflict Detection and Resolution as well as complex Oracle troubleshooting
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with relational databases

Good to have:

Understanding of Application level JDBC
Experience with application multi-site routing is a plus
Excellent Communication Skills spoken and written. Should be able to communicate with Application developers and c-level executives.
