What You Will Do
- Manage and oversee the immigration process for clients, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Utilize Cloudflare to enhance the security and efficiency of immigration workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and improve service delivery.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on immigration policies and regulations.
- Provide exceptional client support, guiding them through each step of the visa application process.
- Analyze and track case progress, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements within the team.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2–6 years of experience in immigration law or compliance.
- Strong understanding of U.S. immigration processes and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interactions.
Preferred
- Experience working with Cloudflare or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with legal research tools and resources.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
