Dispatcher

The dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and dispatching shuttle drivers and bell staff to ensure efficient and timely service for all guest service and transportation needs.

Pay: $20.00 per hour. The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

This is a full-time position requiring morning shifts (7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m.), scheduled Saturday through Wednesday. Flexibility is required to adjust workdays, including potential shifts on Thursdays and Fridays as business needs dictate.

A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. Responsibilities

Review daily events, occupancy levels, and group activity to proactively plan allocation of resources.

Dispatch and allocate shuttle drivers and bell staff efficiently to meet guest requests in a timely manner. Monitor response times to guest requests and report service delays to management to aid in guest recovery.

Provide real-time problem-solving and support to ensure seamless guest service.

Compile reports on response time and daily volume of guest requests.

Communicate professionally with guests via phone, using approved service verbiage.

Maintain accurate records of employee schedules, breaks, and assignments.

Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality, dispatching, or logistics preferred.

Strong ability to multitask and prioritize various simultaneous duties in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with basic computer systems.

Customer service-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
