Incumbent coordinates duties acts as a liaison between managers and staff, maintain accurate up to date records. Independently responds to routine correspondence. Supervises other dispatch employees to include: scheduling coverage and training. Create reports for Teletracking to help manage throughput goals. Monitor work orders and assign as needed. Assess benchmarking data related to swaps, transfers and discharges.Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree and 3 years of relevant experience (preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting) or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus excellent written/oral communication, organizational, and customer service and computer skills required.Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in Environmental Services preferred. A working knowledge of DNV, DOH, NYS Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) for regulated medical waste and infection control standards as guided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), highly desired. Experience in a unionized environment as well as supervisory experience preferred.Work Days: Sunday through Thursday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm#J-18808-Ljbffr
