Mid-Level Business Immigration Associate

Greenberg Traurig is looking for a Mid-Level Immigration Attorney in its New Jersey office.Qualified candidates should have five or more years of experience specifically in business immigration, including extensive experience in I-9 Compliance, DOL, DHS and DOJ audits as well as experience with nonimmigrant (H1B, L-1, TN, O1, etc.) and immigrant visas and PERM applications.Desired qualifications include excellent client service and communication skills, case management, productivity, well-developed organizational skills and advanced writing and analytical skills. Experience managing a large client base is a plus.In this fast paced, high volume environment, you will work alongside a team of experienced immigration attorneys and professionals who are passionate about the practice of Immigration Law.
