The successful candidate will support the safety and security of guests, employees and property, and will assist other departments in delivering exceptional service.Responsibilities Carry out the property's safety policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism and teamwork.Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security of guest and employee information.Conduct preventive patrols and maintain high visibility of security to reduce the opportunity for criminal activity.Promote and preserve a comfortable and non‑threatening environment for guests and employees.Aid individuals in danger, or seek aid for those in need of medical attention.Respond to emergencies according to the property's Emergency Service Procedures.Complete all daily activity and incident reports.Assist in ensuring compliance with liquor laws.Assist in developing and presenting security‑related programs.Review and edit written records produced by security officers.Assist in other duties as directed by the immediate supervisor.Execute any additional instructions or tasks assigned by the supervisor.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.Valid Puerto Rico driver's license.Prior hospitality, customer service or security experience preferred.First Aid/CPR certification preferred.Strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to stand, walk or bend and lift a minimum of 50 pounds.Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.Compensation and Benefits Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
