Join us in making safety and service a priority.Job Skills / RequirementsSchedule: Saturday & Sunday 7am-3pmThe Concierge and Rover will be responsible for:Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and visitors of the high‑rise commercial properties (Downtown Chicago Loop).Perform site‑specific duties, including customer service, lobby and visitor reception, and other assigned tasks.Conduct routine security patrols (rover duties) of the property, monitoring for any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations.Monitor and identify security threats, unsafe conditions, hazards, and emergency situations, reporting them as required.Ensure a safe and welcoming environment by adhering to security protocols and company policies.Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and security teams to maintain smooth daily operations.Assist with access control, visitor management, and other security‑related responsibilities.Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns.Document and report all security incidents, maintenance issues, and observations from patrols.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of exceptional customer experience.Preferred residential experience.Strong customer service, professionalism, and computer skills.ACTIVE PERC CardBasic 20‑Hour certificateAbility to write effective, concise, and legible reports.Job Type: Part‑timeExpected hours: 16 per weekEducation Requirements (All)GED or High School DiplomaCertification Requirements (All)PERC Card20‑Hour Security Training Certificate#J-18808-Ljbffr
