Budget Analyst - Secret Clearance

EligibilityApplicant must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active Secret Security Clearance.Job SummaryJANUS Research Group is currently hiring for a Budget Analyst to support our mission at the Marine Corps Warfighting Lab (MCWL) in Stafford, VA. This is for support in MCWL G8 and will be primarily responsible for budget analysis (primarily R&D funding).ResponsibilitiesPrepare drafts and recommendations for financial planning and resourcing decisions including plans and budgets. Monitor program financial execution and identify issues to management. Ensure financial information is synchronized with other decision support systems. Monitor and document funding additions, reductions, and movements of resources. Create and maintain spreadsheets that document program specific financial data at detailed level. Coordinate with various offices regarding funding issues.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree required.Secret clearance required.10 years of work experience in project management, contract management, financial management and budgeting.PMP required.Experience in MS Excel and using financial databases and web/database applications.Experience working with SAP's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) financial system.Desired QualificationsKnowledge and experience in ONR 03.Experience working ONR financial processes, procedures, financials systems.Experience in managing technology programs.Salary$113,500Benefits401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, Medical and Dental Plans, Life and Disability insurance, Education Assistance (and more).E-Verify & EEOJANUS Research Group is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
