We are currently hiring a Security Officer to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environmentfor residents, visitors, and team members throughout our community.
Available Openings
- Full-Time Day Shift
- Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Rotating Weekends Required
- Patrol the community and grounds to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Monitor building access and respond to visitor, resident, and staff inquiries.
- Conduct routine security rounds and document observations.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, alarms, and resident assistance calls.
- Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and safety concerns.
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist with traffic control and parking enforcement as needed.
- Monitor security systems, cameras, and access control systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and team members.
- Work collaboratively with all departments to support resident safety and well-being.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Must be 21 or older.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during emergency situations.
- Strong observation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to write clear and accurate reports.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
