Job SummaryMaintains surveillance of designated areas and activities while identifying and documenting irregular activity. Supports the supervision, operation, and overall integrity of Surveillance operations at Caesars Virginia.ResponsibilitiesProtect company assets and maintain operational integrity through CCTV monitoring and floor observations.Demonstrate leadership and provide a safe environment for guests and team members.Assist the Surveillance Supervisor in directing and overseeing Surveillance Agents.Support scheduling, daily reports, and administrative responsibilities.Provide leadership and supervision in the absence of the Supervisor.Perform Surveillance Agent duties when necessary.Operate surveillance systems including monitors, switchers, computers, controllers, and cameras.Monitor all departments and operations to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and internal controls.Maintain compliance with attendance, regulatory, and company policies.Communicate effectively with Security and other departments using radios and phones.Maintain awareness of daily operations, promotions, and property information.Anticipate and respond quickly to potential issues.Deliver a positive, professional demeanor and uphold Caesars service standards.QualificationsPrevious supervisory experience preferred.Minimum of two years of casino surveillance experience or a combination of surveillance, law enforcement, or loss prevention/security experience.Strong knowledge of casino operations and table games, including cheating detection.Excellent communication, organizational, and report‑writing skills.Working knowledge of Virginia Lottery gaming regulations.Must be at least 21 years of age.Ability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.Basic computer proficiency.Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.Ability to produce clear, detailed, and accurate reports.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Virginia Gaming License.Additional RequirementsMust be able to sit or stand for extended periods while monitoring multiple CCTV screens.Ability to work in confined spaces and maneuver in close quarters.Must remain calm and make sound decisions in stressful situations.Ability to observe and recall detailed information about incidents and individuals.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to operate surveillance equipment including monitors, switches, computers, controllers, and cameras.Must be able to provide court testimony and complete detailed reporting when required.Must be able to work overtime or adjust shifts on short notice.Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementThe Company is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against employees or applicants based on race, color, national origin, sex, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
