Cost AnalystLocation: Huntsville, ALWork Model: 100% OnsiteFull TimeSeeking a highly experienced Cost Analyst to support U.S. Army acquisition programs in a fast-paced product office environment in Huntsville, Alabama. This full-time onsite role supports integrated government teams by providing cost analysis, forecasting, budgeting support, and acquisition program financial guidance. The ideal candidate brings strong ACEIT modeling expertise, deep knowledge of DoD acquisition policy, and the ability to develop and refine complex cost estimates across the full program lifecycle. This is a mission-driven opportunity supporting high-impact defense programs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop initial planning documents, program and schedule breakdown structures, and budget requirement analyses.Provide earned value management (EVM) guidance to Program/Product Directors and Integrated Product Teams.Support contractor proposal reviews including: labor hours analysis, direct labor rates, overhead rates, other direct costs, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) review.Prepare: Program Office Estimates (POE), Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE), Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD), Independent Cost Estimates (ICE), Component Cost Analysis (CCA), Business Case Analysis (BCA), Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA), Affordability Analysis.Develop parametric and quantitative cost models using historical data.Utilize ACEIT to build, refine, and validate cost models.Conduct data collection and analysis to predict future program costs.Support Army and DoD cost estimating policy compliance.Must-Have QualificationsU.S. Citizenship (required due to customer sensitivity).Active DoD Secret Clearance (required).Master's degree + 10+ years supporting DoD acquisition programs OR Bachelor's degree + 15+ years supporting DoD acquisition programs.Demonstrated experience using ACEIT for cost modeling.Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition statutory and regulatory requirements.Experience supporting Army acquisition programs.Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.Required SkillsAutomated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) expertise.Knowledge of DoD acquisition regulations and policy.Cost modeling and forecasting.Proposal analysis and cost breakdown evaluation.Earned Value Management (EVM) support.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Team collaboration within integrated government environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
