They bring a genuine passion for delighting customers, collaborating across teams, and continuously raising the bar.Key Job ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret climate data, radar, and satellite imagery using statistical methods and impact models.Proactively identify and analyze relevant threats and trends and produce written and oral briefs in a concise format for customers across business lines.Monitor, forecast, and effectively communicate weather, water, and climate hazards globally.Engage with internal customers to understand their priorities and requirements.Support business continuity, crisis, and security management teams, including as needed outside typical work hours during security incidents and emerging crises.QualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skills.Experience handling confidential information.Experience working independently with minimal supervision.Experience with forecasting and radar tools.Degree in meteorology, atmospheric science, or relevant experience.Experience handling spatial data using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) software.Benefits and CompensationThe base salary range for this position is $88,300.00 – $154,500.00 USD annually. The total Amazon package includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation is determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
