Security Supervisor (Full Time)

ResponsibilitiesDetermine Security Officer assignments and establish priorities.Observe and evaluate Security Officers for alertness, appearance, and proper performance and to correct deficiencies.Inspect and evaluate incident reports for accuracy and completeness.Maintain current individual training records of Officers.Report all incidents to the Manager of Security or other necessary department heads.Install and remove lockouts, as requested by Hotel/Front Desk Management.Respond to emergency situations and take control at the scene.Coordinate with other departments and outside agencies on all matters of concern.Responsible for assuring the highest quality guest experience by promoting Customer Service throughout all areas of responsibility. Handles and resolves guest complaints and concerns.Performs other related duties as requested by the Director of Security.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the supervision of the Security department.Responsibilities including hiring and training; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining staff, addressing complaints and resolving problems.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
