As a fusion analyst, you can use your technical experience and your attention to detail to develop reports, intelligence products, and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem‑solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters and protect our national security.As a GEOINT Analyst on our team, you'll help your client understand and implement the most efficient analytic strategies to acquire and understand the data they require. Using your understanding of various collection platform capabilities and applications, you will help your client develop effective information fusion strategies combining GEOINT with other sources, including SIGINT, ELINT, and MASINT, to develop comprehensive reporting that informs your client and provides them with actionable intelligence. You'll validate the information and apply imagery analysis tradecraft as you work to further refine collection strategies and analytic approaches to existing and emerging problem sets for targeteers, warfighters, senior policymakers, internal clients, and the US IC‑wide stakeholders.As the authority in your tradecraft, your client will look to you for time‑critical recommendations, often under pressure. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. Join us as we provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our clients, warfighters, national leaders, and policymakers.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, produce, and present GEOINT intelligence products and reports to meet client needs.Apply imagery analysis tradecraft and validate information to improve collection strategies.Integrate GEOINT with SIGINT, ELINT, and MASINT to produce comprehensive reporting.Provide time‑critical recommendations to warfighters, policymakers, and IC stakeholders.Mentor teammates and contribute to team growth and skill development.Required QualificationsExperience adapting to real‑time missions and responding flexibly and dynamically to ad hoc requests.Knowledge of Overhead Persistent InfraRed (OPIR) tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, analysis, or dissemination processes.Ability to develop strategies and processes across multiple systems that ensure activities are accomplished in a manner to achieve mission objectives.Ability to work a rotating shift pattern covering round‑the‑clock missions.TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.High school diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience with GEOINT or mission management in operational environments, or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience with GEOINT or mission management in operational environments.Preferred QualificationsAbility to show ingenuity, resourcefulness, and application of highly advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, and concepts.Ability to leverage existing applications or methods and provide input into the development of new applications that improve products or methods.Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.Master's degree.ClearanceApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.CompensationSalary is projected to range from $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
