Job Description Job Description Key Responsibilities Case Preparation: Gathering evidence, reviewing files, conducting legal research, and interviewing witnesses. Court Appearances: Experienced in arguing motions, selecting jurors, and delivering opening/closing statements. Litigation Strategy: Experienced in Developing compelling narratives, examining and cross-examining witnesses, and anticipating opposing counsel's moves. Client Advocacy: Advising clients on legal strategies, negotiating settlements, and protecting client rights. Administrative Work: Filing legal documents, preparing scheduling orders, and maintaining case records. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and a state bar license. Communication: Excellent public speaking, storytelling, and negotiation skills. Analytical Ability: Strong legal research and critical thinking skills to analyze complex cases. Experience: 3-5 years trial experience with jury and bench trials.
