The Leidos Intelligence Sector is seeking a detail-oriented Intelligence Management Specialist (Executive Support) - Senior, to support the USCYBERCOM J2 mission, to provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists engaged in diverse intelligence disciplines and activities. This role supports the Directorate of Intelligence, ensuring seamless office and executive support for AJ2-Cyber Operations (CO) and facilitating high-visibility meetings, conferences, and operational processes across the command.Contract StatusProposal Phase/Contingent Upon Award.Security ClearanceActive DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph required. We are not able to sponsor the clearance requirement.What you'll be doingProvide comprehensive intelligence and administrative support by building and maintaining databases, monitoring intelligence, supporting administration and management of Requests for Information (RFIs), producing metrics, and handling cross-domain data transfer and dissemination—including system-high to -low transfers between JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and allied/partner systems.Produce metrics, graphics, and briefings as required to support production management and mission management operations.Serve as the primary administrative support to AJ2-Cyber Operations (CO), overseeing all administrative needs for the office.Coordinate and schedule senior-level video teleconference meetings; manage all J2-led conferences and events (e.g., Town Halls, Off Sites); secure conference room spaces and manage the de-confliction and control of J2 "owned" conference rooms; and manage document dissemination for executive meetings (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly). Work closely with the USCYBERCOM J2 Front Office Staff, ensuring daily coordination and de-confliction of administrative responsibilities.Provide office management and administrative support to the Director of Intelligence, USCYBERCOM J2, including compiling, staffing, refining, and submitting all J2 taskers, as well as performing personnel management staffing actions.Create and maintain organization and staffing charts for Command-wide use.Manage ordering of supplies, coordinate, and facilitate monthly J2 Orientation sessions for new employees, as well as scheduling meetings as needed. Draft, maintain, and update Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives as assigned by the Government.Prepare read-ahead documents, set up and operate equipment, escort attendees, and coordinate with DIA security to ensure proper site access for participants. Build and organize read books required for all official functions or meetings.Maintain detailed logs and metrics for all personnel travel and associated travel claims, ensuring accurate tracking of all activity.Provide administrative support for deployment processes, supporting the Center, Office, and Task Force personnel with requirements before, during, and after deployment.Coordinate with directorate and DIA deployment managers to schedule training, maintain rosters and databases, and facilitate completion of theater-specific forms required for deploying personnel.Support the USCYBERCOM J2 Functional Area Agreement Manager (FAAM) by coordinating, developing, and drafting support agreement actions and terminations in compliance with DIAI 5520.001; may be appointed as FAAM and required to adhere to all relevant training requirements.Needed Experience, Skills, and EducationMinimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.Clearance NeededActive DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
