You will play a crucial role in the end to end accountability and lifecycle of government property and assets.Administers the lifecycle of government property and assets from acquisition through receiving, tagging, inventory, relief of stewardship, reporting, and contract closeoutCreates and maintains records for all property accountable to the contract in the government-approved property management system and maintains support documentationReviews and conducts audits of the overall property administrationPerforms physical inventories and reconciles any discrepancies between the physical property and property recordsGenerates reports concerning the status, allocation, utilization, progress, excess, and other related issuesWHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEEDBring your property and asset management expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Property Administrator must have:Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of ScienceExperience: 2+ years of related experienceTechnical skills: experience utilizing asset and inventory management softwareSecurity clearance level: SecretUS citizenship requiredRole requirements: Hybrid OCONUS/CONUS role supporting global mission operations, willingness to be deployed for extended periods of time.
