Security Special Response Officer - 2ND AND 3RD SHIFT

Secureone Security Services is looking for a dynamic individual who has security experience, excellent customer service skills, and technical experience for the position of Security Special Response Officer (SRO) / Special Response Guard.

We are looking for an experienced Special Response Officer / Guard who can maintain an open availability and ensure the division operations is continuously/effectively running by filling open shifts and schedules as directed or assigned. For this position, we are guaranteeing full-time hours, Weekly Pay and a daily pay program!

Our Special Response Officer must be mature, responsible and reliable. Must be able to read, speak and write English fluently. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Willingness and ability to work weekends, holidays, and be on-call to cover additional shifts as required by management.
• Proven ability to deal with challenging situations while remaining calm and professional.
• Ability to work in extreme environmental temperatures heat/cold
• Ability to work multiple sites weekly as scheduled by management.
• Ability to be on-call designated days/times each week.
• You will be responsible in maintaining the cleanliness of the patrol vehicle, as well as, ensuring the vehicle is properly inspected at the start/end of shift.
• Conduct all Security Officer duties as assigned or directed.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), handbook, scope of work, post procedures and other manuals at each site that you work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Be at least 25 years of age.
• Minimum 2-3 years security experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Must have a valid Illinois Driver's License, with a clean MVR (no moving violations within the past 3 years).
• Have reliable means of transportation
• Must have a 20-hour training certificate and PERC, or complete within in 30 days of employment.
• Must have legal right to work in the United States
• Must always maintain a working telephone.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, drive and enter/exit a vehicle most of the shift.
