NFPA 13, 14, 20 and 24Understanding and capable of laying out Fire Protection systemsStrong technical writing and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteMust be able to meet critical deadlinesMust be a self-starter, able to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, show attention to detail and demonstrate problem-solving skillsMust adhere to all company policy and proceduresMust be available to work assigned schedulesPreferredAAS or BS Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or other related disciplinePrior military experienceWork EnvironmentWorks in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipmentPosition will require visits to construction and industrial work sitesPhysical DemandsThis role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopier, filing cabinets and fax machines. Site visits will require walking through existing buildings, industrial plants and/or on-going construction sites.
