- The duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Provides expert advise, guidance, and counsel to the agency's senior managers at the site regarding planning, delivery, and innovation of the administrative support services program.
- Oversight or liaison for property management and maintenance programs, directs on-site conference management services.
- Oversees or managing front-desk reception protocols, printing/copier management services, mail/shipping/receiving, equipment and supplies and budget.
- Advisory and liaison with respect to administrative policies in the implementation of the regional facility support services program.
- Ensures the establishment of the facility Occupant Emergency Plans.
- Serves as the Agency's liaison on matters pertaining to facility management with General Services Administration(GSA), other federal agencies, or building owner.
- Performs the full range of supervisory and managerial responsibilities including but not limited to personnel, performance, planning and budget.
