Compensation Range: 105k - 125k (Placement within the salary range will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, years of relevant experience, demonstrated expertise, education, certifications, and internal equity considerations. The organization reserves the right to modify compensation ranges at its discretion.)

Position Summary: Provide administrative, operational, and programmatic support to government and contractor personnel in a dynamic mission environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative and operational support activities
  • Prepare reports, schedules, correspondence, and documentation
  • Support meeting coordination and logistics
  • Track tasks, deliverables, and action items
  • Assist with onboarding, records management, and office support
  • Support program operations and customer service functions
Required Qualifications
  • ACTIVE TS/SCI POLY CLEARANCE
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience supporting federal government or defense-related programs preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
