All-Source Intelligence Analysts - Senior

OverviewWork Location: Gordon, GAEmployment Type: Full-Time, Senior-LevelDepartment: Administrative and Logistics SupportCGS is seeking a skilled All-Source Intelligence Analyst – Senior to serve as the right-hand to client and internal leadership, providing subject-matter expertise in intelligence gathering, analysis, and reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for programmatic development, quality control, and mentorship of Intelligence Analysts and GSOC Operators. You will also ensure that intelligence products are actionable, accurate, and aligned with client needs, while maintaining situational awareness across operational areas.Skills and Attributes for SuccessResearch, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff.Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, and interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness for Special Operations Forces (SOF) unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements.Possess knowledge at the tactical and operational levels and be capable of performing all-source analytic support to Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations and missions.Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in proven analytic techniques, current analytic tools, and production of high-quality comprehensive technical and non-technical intelligence products (assessments, finished intelligence products, papers, presentations). Also, possess the proven ability to prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required and specified in the qualifications below.May be required to serve as the USSOCOM representative during non-duty hours and support 24/7 rotational shift hours.Maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no-notice basis to hazardous duty or combat zones.Enforce requirements, focusing the team of intelligence analysts.Ensure quality control of products.Provide strong organizational skills and administrative oversight.Direct the analytical team in identifying trends and information of value within data at rest to drive reporting and production to alert decision-makers of new developments to meet specific customer requirements.Produce intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle.QualificationsMinimum of six (6) years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent government agencies, with four (4) years at the operational level.Proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.Demonstrated expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all-source intelligence tools.Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O-5) / GS-14 level or higher.Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.BenefitsHealth, Dental, and VisionLife Insurance401(k)Flexible Spending Account (Health, Dependent Care, and Commuter)Paid Time Off and Observance of State/Federal HolidaysContact Government Services, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
