Job DescriptionJob PurposeLead regional security for The Americas and drive delivery of Commercial Real Estate (facilities) and infrastructure projects.This role focuses on hands‑on project execution while holding full ownership of regional security, risk management, and crisis response .Main Responsibilities1. Facilities Development & Project Delivery (Geographical scope: NA)Lead end‑to‑end delivery of facility and infrastructure projects, including builds, redesigns, consolidations, and relocationsDefine and manage project scope, budget, schedule, and executionManage contractors, architects, and external vendorsLead bid processes, vendor selection, and contract negotiationsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standardsResolve technical and operational issues during project execution2. Security Leadership & Risk Ownership for The AmericasOwn regional security strategy and implementation in the region The AmericasLead risk assessments across sites, personnel, supply chain, and external environmentContribute to travel security, including risk and notification platforms, advisory and assistance, journey management and evacuations/repatriationsAdvising on physical security including access control for sites/assets, persons and operationsAct as escalation point for security incidents and crisis situationsSupport emergency response and business continuity processesEnsure consistent security standards across all locationsProtection of persons for threat management, including close/executive protectionSupport and advise stakeholders in event security3. Governance, Compliance & ReportingProvide clear and regular reporting on:Project status (cost, timeline, risks)Security risks, incidents, and mitigation actionsMaintain audit‑ready documentationEnsure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements4. Stakeholder & Vendor ManagementPartner with internal functions including Operations, IT, HR, Legal, and FinanceManage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and security providersCoordinate with local authorities as requiredDrive alignment and decision‑making across functions and locations5. Process Improvement & Cost ManagementImprove project delivery processes and controlsStandardize tools, templates, and reportingDrive cost discipline and efficiency across projects and security spendQualificationsWhat You Bring to the RoleBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field7 year of work experience in project management, security, and /or facilities management or related field.Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
