The Concessions program is entering a phase of the Concessions Refresh within the Master Plan (F&B, Retail, Services, Advertising) that requires dedicated analytical and program management support focused on concept optimization, performance evaluation, and strategic implementation. This role will support the concessions refresh initiative by analyzing performance data, evaluating concept mix, coordinating implementation strategies, and helping optimize the concessions program in alignment with the Master Plan and Vision 100 objectives.

- Process improvement and implementation.
- Support the needs of the concessions master plan through quantified deliverables and key performance indicators that maximize success for DEN and its partners.
- Meet with concessions portfolio teams in a business-friendly way to gain cooperation and support to find new and creative ways to grow revenue and improve customer service through financial analysis.
- Perform financial and trend analysis to assist with financial and business planning and optimization, including strategies to meet business needs of the Concessions program.
- Conducts research, collects, and compiles information from various sources including trends, related laws, policies, procedures, methods, and/or practices, analyzes collected data, and explores possible alternatives/solutions and the feasibility of recommended changes.
- Cultivates, fosters, and maintains positive working relationships with managers, supervisors, employees, and other stakeholders to gain their cooperation and support.

- Experience demonstrating understanding of and performing business analysis practices such as, but not limited to, financial data modeling, performance analysis, development of performance dashboard reports, or conducting market research and analysis in an area such as commercial real estate, aviation, budget, or accounting.
- Understanding business analytical processes, preferred in commercial, transportation, aviation, hospitality, or similar industries.
