HUMINT Targeting Specialist - SeniorJob Locations: US-DC-Washington | US-VA-RestonRequisition ID: 2026-167683Position Category: Intel and Threat AnalysisResponsibilitiesThe Senior HUMINT Targeting Specialist develops multi-intelligence products supporting HUMINT collection operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability.Prepare network development and target packages and assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified/unclassified and open-source information.Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations.Provide timely and accurate support to HUMINT targeting support to meet service-level needs and collection requirements.Conduct multi-source intelligence research and create cables, HQ or field responses, network diagrams and asset validation products.Utilize experience with SIGINT tools, network development tools, and research to develop targeting plans and products supporting defined collection priorities.Identify measures of effectiveness.Provide detailed input to asset validation panels to determine current and future viability of sources.Coordinate with other operations, support staff intra- and inter-community to align analytic requirements with available targeting capabilities.Maintain awareness of collection operations, policy developments, and information priorities relevant to functional area.Deconflict multi-discipline collection problems and seek opportunities to leverage and integrate HUMINT capabilities to support multi-discipline collection efforts.Represent HUMINT in agency, defense and national forums.Produce and brief products at meetings, workshops, or other community venues for the purposes of intelligence sharing and best practices.Edit products, if requested, according to agency policy.Travel required within the National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.QualificationsRequired QualificationsCurrent TS/SCI with ability to pass a polygraph.Bachelor's Degree with a Minimum of 8 years of applicable work experience with at least 3 years of targeting experience and three (3) years of HUMINT experience.Experience in tagging data and building networks.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.Experience with intelligence databases, software, and analytical tools.Ability to work collaboratively with users and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.Capacity to adapt to changing situations to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication (both written and verbal in English), analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to clearly and concisely express multifaceted concepts.Ability to develop ideas in a logical sequence leading to validated conclusions.Working knowledge and experience with the basic personal computer, Windows Operating System, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Preferred QualificationsIdeal candidate will possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph.Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, Criminal Justice, Political Science, Law Enforcement or other related topics is highly desired.Master's degree in a relevant field.Relevant Training and Certifications.Experience working in the customer environment is preferred.Security ClearanceThis position requires an active TS/SCI and the ability to obtain a Poly. US Citizenship is required to hold this clearance.Additional Notes: Eligibility is a minimum of active TS/SCI with the ability to pass a Poly.Target Salary Range$112,000 - $179,000. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
