Individuals will support the Sustainment – Futures Capability Directorate (FCD) Requirements Division which develops future concepts and requirements for all developmental vehicles including Autonomous Tactical Vehicles, current and future Tactical Wheeled Vehicles and Army Watercraft Systems. The requirements documentation includes currently fielded systems and new capabilities, as well as ensuring systems' performance, training and logistical aspects are in compliance with FCD guidelines. Individuals will also develop Characteristics of Need (CON) / annexes/appendixes.Come support our work with US Army and join a world class team of groundbreaking scientists and engineers!Research, analyze, and provide recommendations for systems current and future capabilities, managing life cycle, requirements, gaps/shortfalls, and proposed solutions which shall provide the foundation for recommendations.Develop recommendations for the Concepts of Employment (CONEMP), for the fielding, use and sustainment of new capabilities based on the Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) assessments.Participate in and provide support to planning meetings, workshops, and conferences.Responsible for providing a full range of logistical support to FCD on the integration and optimization of legacy and emerging systems.Responsible for researching, analyzing, and providing recommendations for systems current and future capabilities, managing life cycle, requirements, gaps/shortfalls, and proposed solutions which shall provide the foundation for recommendations.Minimum Qualifications6 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Master's in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.Preferred RequirementsPrevious experience with requirements development is a plus, as is Army logistics experience.Physical RequirementsMay require working in an office.The listed salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities.
