Mid-Level -All‑Source Analyst (HUMINT Focus) – ReachbackMinimum required qualificationsEducation – Associates degree AND four years of DoD specialized trainingExperience – at least four years analytical experience (of which at least two years are CI/HUMINT/intelligence analysis experience) at the tactical/operational level within DoD or equivalent government agencies and requires former MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, or U.S. Marine Corps 0205 Master Analyst, 0211 Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Specialist, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, 0239 Intelligence Analyst or U.S. Navy Navy Intelligence Specialist or U.S. Air Force 14NX Intelligence Officer or 1N1XX Operations Intelligence, 1N771, Human Intelligence Specialist, 1N451A Intelligence Fusion Analyst or other equivalent DoD Joint Service or other Service specialty codesClearance – Current TS/SCI within the last five years OR Open Periodic Reinv ...OR enrolled in Continuous Evaluation (CE) with a current CI scope Polygraph – (with minimum one year currency) OR willing to undergo CI scope Polygraph prior to deploymentSpecial skills or qualifications (all required)Proficient in utilizing standard computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product developmentPossess strong research, analytical, and writing skillsBe capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of CJOA requirementsBriefing skills to include the ability to clearly articulate complex informationDeployed experience in either Afghanistan, Iraq/SWA regional issues, and CI/HUMINT, CT, political and military analysisHighly desired qualifications and/or experience (not required)Experience in either CI/HUMINT, CT and political/military analysis in other AORsTactical and/or operational level experienceFour years CI/HUMINT experience preferredExperience with assessment of sources and their reporting through the corroboration of source reporting and providing analytical feedbackMore About the RolePlay an intricate role in the development and analysis of potential CI threats, insider threats, and Green on Blue threatsDirectly support our HUMINT and CI operations under CJTF-OIRDevelop all‑source association matrices on individuals identified in reportingDevelop Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR)/ Host Nation Information Requirements (HNIR)/IR analysis of reportingPerform general intelligence analysis related to counter‑terrorism, HUMINT, Iraq, Syria, Jordan and Southwest Asia regional issues, political/military analysis, and targeting as requested.
