You will interact daily with cross‑functional teams, orchestrating efforts to maintain safety standards while achieving operational excellence. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding a shared shift to guarantee successful launches and sorts, in collaboration with the Veho team and our driver partners.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate in a fast‑paced environment that demands quick thinking and physical agility, embracing the challenge of physically demanding work.Navigate technology platforms quickly to manage operational changes, re‑routes, and other logistical challenges.Assess operational needs and work cross‑functionally to orchestrate seamless operations, prioritizing safety and driving success.Operate a forklift and, as needed, a box truck with skill and precision, ensuring safe and efficient movement of goods.Provide excellent customer service, supporting our crowd‑sourced driver partners and internal teams.Communicate effectively to lead a shift. Stand for extended periods, move boxes up and down, bend, and frequently lift objects up to 50 lbs.QualificationsAt least 1 year of experience in logistics, operations management, or a related field.Owns a modern smartphone, capable of navigating apps daily.Forklift certification and/or experience operating box trucks.Proficiency with technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations.Strong problem‑solving skills, able to thrive in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for team members and driver partners.Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends, as required.BenefitsCompetitive equity package, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plan, generous PTO.Other InformationVeho is unable to provide sponsorship at this time.
