Special Security Technician – Davis-Monthan, AZ Provides comprehensive oversight of SCI programs and SCIF operations, ensuring accreditation, compliance, facility readiness, and adherence to SSO and Intelligence Community security standards. Manages inspections, documentation, access systems, and key security programs while supporting construction, modification, and deployment-related SCIF requirements.Positional Tasks Provides oversight to SCI Program Management for organizations at the Group level or above, under the security cognizance and guidance of Special Security office (SSO).Completes and maintains facility SCI accreditation documents.Conducts staff assistance visits.Conducts monthly SCIF inspections (SCIF ID AF-05-086 and AF-01-387).Manages access control and intrusion detection systems.Creates Standard Operating Procedures and Emergency Action Plans for SCI facilities.Coordinates Memorandums of Agreement, Memorandums of Understanding, and CoUtilization agreements as necessary.Coordinates Temporary Secure Working Area requests.Coordinates Tactical Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (T-SCIFs) accreditation requests for deployments.Assist with planning/preconstruction request for new SCIFs.Maintain unit SCIF's Fixed Facility checklist.Maintains master documentation of supported facilities.Manages and monitors modification of SCI facilities.Manages multiple security programs such as Visitor Control, Equipment Entry/Exit, and Classified Marking Register for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities by following SSO guidance and applicable HHQ, USAF, Defense Intelligence Agency and Intelligence Community guidance.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education, or have associate's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 10 years, as a substitute to the bachelor's degree.Why Cyntel Technologies?
