The Dispatcher's core responsibilities encompass scheduling technicians cost‑effectively and efficiently to enhance positive customer experiences and reduce operating costs while prioritizing service. This role involves extensive communication, forecasting schedules, and managing the allocation of technical resources to ensure optimum availability.
