Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a DSC‑certified Alarm & Security Technician to support commercial and residential clients throughout the Los Angeles area. This role is ideal for a hands‑on technician who takes pride in clean installations, accurate troubleshooting, and delivering high‑quality security solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, service, and troubleshoot alarm and security systems with a focus on DSC platformsPerform system programming, testing, commissioning, and upgradesDiagnose and resolve issues related to intrusion alarms, sensors, panels, and peripheralsRead and interpret wiring diagrams, layouts, and system documentationEnsure all work meets local codes, manufacturer standards, and company quality expectationsCommunicate professionally with clients regarding system functionality and recommendationsAccurately document work completed, service notes, and materials usedWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
