Job Overview Brown Brothers Harriman is recruiting a Security Administration Analyst for our Information Security Provisioning team. The analyst supports second level ISM complex access and provisioning requests and administers user systems and data entitlements across multiple platforms and applications, ensuring high quality and accuracy within established service level agreements.Responsibilities Process and oversee security access requests within agreed service level agreements.Perform first level ISM user system access requests, maintaining a 95% success rate within 48 hours.Administer user systems and data entitlements across multiple platforms and applications.Coordinate with local security coordinators and application data owners to verify access compliance.Provide coverage and support for the ISM hotline and resolve access‑related incidents.Participate in special projects and complete ad‑hoc tasks such as updating the Knowledge Base and training new team members.Drive workflow changes and enhancements, communicating with peers and the Global Division.Requirements Strong interest in technology and information security, especially identity and access management.Knowledge of security administration tools such as Active Directory, Service‑Now, RBAC, and least privilege access principles.Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.Very good command of English.ITIL certification training is a plus; information‑security specialization or training is a plus.Salary & Benefits Salary range $80,000–$100,000 plus annual target bonus. The compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit‑sharing.
