TMC Technologies has recently been awarded a 5 year contract providing subject matter, systems engineering, software development, and test & evaluation expertise to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division's (NSWCDD) Warfare Systems Engineering and Integration (V) Department. We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join our team on this new opportunity. While there is the potential for remote work, all personnel will initially be expected to work on-site in the Dahlgren area until performance is effectively established with the customer. Relocation assistance can be provided where applicable. A SECRET (or higher) security clearance is required. Job Requirements Secret (or higher) security clearance 7+ years of experience in each of the following areas: - Defining and reviewing Navy and USMC combat system requirements - Creating, modifying and executing test plans, test procedures and test scenarios - Generation of test observation reports, problem reports and test reports - Performing data collection / data extraction - Performing root cause analysis on command and control systems - Assessing the operational and technical impacts of problems identified - Defining and tracking test metrics Working knowledge of the following: - Interfacing systems such as Sensor Systems, Track Management Systems, Electronic Warfare, Self Defense Systems, displays, weapon systems and tactical data links in order to assess overall system and capability performance - Database airways, site data, and world threat library testing - Requirements database management tools - SharePoint, ClearQuest and collaboration tools We are equal opportunity/affirmative action employers, committed to diversity in the workplace.
