Position InformationLocation: Washington, DC, District of Columbia, United StatesRequisition Number: 28971Required Travel: 0 - 10%Employment Type: Full Time / Salaried / ExemptAnticipated Salary Range: $117,542.00 - $145,000.00Security Clearance: TS/SCILevel of Experience: MidHIAbout the RoleHII's Mission Technologies Division's Office of National Security (ONS) is seeking an Identity Intelligence Analyst to support counterintelligence, counterterrorism, insider threat, cyber threat intelligence, and national personnel security efforts for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The analyst will proactively identify and assess threat information, produce analytical reports, and collaborate with internal and partner agencies.What You Will DoIdentify and assess potential threat information, recommend mitigation efforts, and incorporate findings into formal reports.Research and analyze intelligence from diverse sources to create Threat Development Packages and link analysis, identifying threats and patterns.Conduct analysis in support of operational activities to assemble, correlate, evaluate and assess information concerning counterintelligence and intelligence threats against personnel, programs, information systems and/or facilities.Analyze information received to identify intelligence gaps and specify collection requirements to answer these gaps via appropriate collection means.Support counterintelligence and intelligence inquiries under the direction of the Director of Identity Intelligence.When appropriate, prepare serialized intelligence reports.Evaluate threats to emerging technology under development within an enterprise; experience with Research, Development and Acquisitions (RDA) counterintelligence analysis preferred.Conduct counterintelligence briefings to personnel as required.Screen and vet individuals, process requests for information, and review grant applications against intelligence databases.Link digital aliases, screen names, and biometric data (fingerprints, facial recognition) to real‑world identities.Coordinate with local, state, federal, or private sector partners to facilitate information sharing in compliance with privacy regulations.What We Are Looking ForRelevant experience: 9 years with bachelor's, 7 years with master's, 4 years with PhD/Juris Doctor, or high school diploma plus 13 years (or equivalent).Excellent technical writing skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work with others.Familiarity with Security Classification Guides (SCGs) and Classification Management Tool (CMT).Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.TS/SCI security clearance.1‑3 years of experience in technical writing or editing, with at least one year working in the Intelligence Community.Preferred QualificationsAbility to adjust to constantly changing priorities and demands.Frequently interacts with customers and/or functional peer group.May interact with senior management.Interactions normally involve matters between functional areas, divisions or units, or customers and the department.Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign.Foreign language proficiency in Chinese Mandarin, Russian, Persian (Farsi).BenefitsCompetitive benefits including best‑in‑class medical, dental and vision plans; wellness resources; employee assistance programs; Savings Plan Options (401(k)); financial planning tools; life insurance; employee discounts; paid holidays and paid time off; tuition reimbursement; early childhood and post‑secondary education scholarships.EEO StatementAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, physical or mental disability, age, veteran status or any other basis protected by federal, state, or local law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
