As a Correctional Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our facility while also providing guidance and support to those in our care.Job Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor inmates to ensure a safe and secure environmentEnforce facility rules and regulations with fairness and consistencyConduct routine inspections of cells and common areasEscort inmates to and from designated areas within the facilityAssist in the implementation of rehabilitative programs for inmatesDocument and report any incidents or unusual behaviorWork collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the overall well-being of inmatesQualifications: High school diploma or GEDPrevious experience in a correctional facility is not required.
