What sets you apart is your mindset: proactive, analytical, and always ready.Your MissionAs an Executive Protection Agent, you will be a critical component of our executive protection and emergency response framework. You will operate with precision and professionalism, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include:Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client's office suite.Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.What You BringExperience: Executive Protection, Emergency Response Teams (ERT), Protective Security Detail (PSD), or Residential Security Teams (RST).Certifications & Credentials:TX Level II & III licensesU.S. Passport & Driver's LicenseHigh School Diploma or GEDCompletion of Executive Protection or Residential Security AcademyPhysical Readiness Test (PRT) & Meet‑and‑Greet evaluationBackground Investigation & Random Drug ScreeningAmerican Heart Association BLS Provider OR HeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid CertificationSkills & Attributes:Command presence and confidence under pressureStrong written and verbal communicationTactical awareness and emergency response capabilitiesPhysical readiness and mental resilienceDiscretion, integrity, and professionalismPreferred QualificationsPrior military, law enforcement, or ERT experienceSpecialized training in crisis management, emergency medicine, or incident responseLEOSA/HR 218 or multi‑state CCW permitEMT licenseFamiliarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies, Tools and ProcessesMedical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceCompetitive 401(k) with employer matchEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Paid Time Off (PTO)Advanced training opportunities in defensive driving and executive protectionInformation SecurityProtect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.Crisis24, A GardaWorld Company is dedicated to equal opportunity in employment.
