Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

M.E. Flow is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU!
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming customer requests and inquiries in a professional & friendly manner
- Acting as a liaison between customers, technicians, salespersons & management
- Scheduling service and routine maintenance appointments
- Maintaining & updating customer records based on interactions
- Processing invoice payments
- Providing information about products and services
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns
- Developing & maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products & services that benefit our customers
- Participating in in-house training on products & services needed by our customers & office software required to fulfill this position
- Additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Monday - Friday 9a - 6p and Saturday - Sunday 8a - 5p (rotating weekends)
- Minimum of 1-year administrative or customer service experience in an office setting is required
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office is a required
- Service Titan is a plus
- Ability to easily cultivate strong rapport with customers and co-workers
- Find it rewarding to organize, prioritize and manage time effectively to see a task through to completion
- Work well independently & with integrity in a structured yet relaxed environment
- Enjoy patiently, empathetically helping others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The physical requirements of this job include:
- Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or office
- Communicate verbally via phone or other communication device.
- Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
- Use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 10 pounds.
- Work is usually performed in an indoor office environment.
