The company provides full‑service security solutions for homes and businesses, including security officer services, smart home automation, burglar and fire alarms, access control, security cameras, alarm monitoring, investigative services, and background checks.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and apprehend shoplifters through floor patrol and the use of closed‑circuit TV cameras.Report writing.Interacting with local law enforcement as needed.Provide courtroom testimony as required.QualificationsPre‑employment criminal background check and drug screening.Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 3–4 hours at a time.Reliable transportation.Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.Ability to communicate clearly and accurately through verbal and written means.Ability to write legible, accurate, and easily understood reports.Assertive yet controlled in dealing with confrontation.Trustworthy and able to work under little or no direct supervision.Attendance for scheduled shifts; tardiness and absenteeism are not tolerated.Previous loss prevention or law‑enforcement experience is a plus but not a requirement.Criminal justice or related studies a plus.High school diploma or equivalent (minimum).BenefitsMedical insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays, 401(k)/403(b) plan.#J-18808-Ljbffr
