About the Role:We're supporting a leading defense contractor in the search for a Lead Program Scheduler to manage high-visibility, mission-critical scheduling operations. This position plays a key role in developing and maintaining complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for Tier 1 programs, providing schedule risk analysis, and supporting major program reviews.Key Responsibilities:Develop, integrate, and manage resource-loaded schedules using MS Project.Support program replans (OTB/OTS), internal reprogramming, and Baseline Reviews.Conduct critical path analysis, variance tracking, and earned value metrics.Lead scheduling support across finance, engineering, manufacturing, and quality functions.Mentor junior schedulers and help shape scheduling best practices company-wide.Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government guidelines (EIA-748, PASEG, etc.).Requirements:Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of relevant experience (or 13+ years without a degree, or 7+ years with a Master's)Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearanceStrong experience in program scheduling and earned value management (EVMS)Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPointExperience working DoD or government-funded programs under FAR/DFARPreferred Skills:Familiarity with Monte Carlo simulations and schedule risk analysisKnowledge of PASEG v4.0, IPMDAR/IPMR, and Project ServerBackground in aerospace, space, or airborne systems programsExperience with subcontractor schedule integrationThis is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level scheduler looking to contribute to innovative defense programs with long-term impact.#J-18808-Ljbffr
