Work Location: Dallas, TXThis position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week. No relocation is offered.Overview AT&T is looking for an expert on digital traffic that is data‑driven and passionate about making a real impact on digital traffic strategies. The role requires an experienced marketing professional with expertise in paid, earned and owned media channels. The leader will be accountable for digital traffic performance for AT&T's wireless postpaid consumer business, delivering volumes that tie back to the digital P&L objectives.Key Responsibilities Responsible for wireless digital traffic performance: follow performance data and identify trends (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, YoY) and insights; communicate insights to leaders, partner teams, and peers.Analyze historical performance, including seasonality and past events such as campaign launches, offer launches, outages, data defects, economic impacts, budget cuts, updates to experiences, content, and wayfinding.Deep‑dive into new performance impacts such as campaign launches, offer launches, outages, data defects, economic impacts, budget cuts, updates to experiences, content, and wayfinding.Provide status updates with details of investigated items, next steps, and timelines.Collaborate with the traffic forecaster on forecast and targets, incorporating upcoming events that impact performance.Communicate anticipated business impacts of upcoming events to leaders and peers.Understand performance across traffic channels, including annual planning, media budgets, go‑to‑market plans, campaign launches, new offers, and testing.Responsible for wireless digital traffic routing strategy: map traffic routing for all marketing tactics that drive to digital (e.g., Evergreen, campaign launches, offers, A/B tests). Provide data‑based recommendations on landing‑page performance.Create and manage the traffic routing matrix for paid and owned channels (paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, email, SMS, push notifications, organic social, direct mail, and referral).Participate in go‑to‑market planning with partner teams to provide traffic routing recommendations for upcoming campaigns.Collaborate on testing across all traffic partners to determine optimal landing‑page destinations.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or equivalent work experience.
