    At Raytheon, we are committed to protecting national security. This entry‑level Industrial Security Specialist II position requires U.S. citizenship and an active, transferable DoD Top Secret clearance (available on day 1).The role is based in Golenta, CA (6380 Hollister Ave, BLDG H02) and is performed onsite.Responsibilities Process a high volume of Program Access Requests (PARs).Maintain the program personnel database.Provide security guidance regarding program operations.Conduct briefings and debriefings.Perform administrative tasks: parcel checks, alarm testing, visit certifications, and track reporting of foreign travel and adverse information to government customers.Assist with implementing Security Education and Media Control Plan.Develop a full understanding of 5220.22‑M NISPOM, 5205.07 DoD Manual, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and related Industrial Security guidance manuals or special program security directives.Support COMSEC tasks.Collaborate in a team environment to develop, update, and implement security policies and procedures in coordination with company policies and government regulations.Support government inspections and program self‑inspections.Plan, schedule, and arrange activities to accomplish objectives.Work extended hours in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.Travel on company business as required.Demonstrate tact, discretion, and diplomacy when dealing with all levels of Raytheon employees.Obtain and maintain all program access required.Qualifications Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).A university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience; an advanced degree in a related field is preferred.Experience with 5220.22‑M NISPOM, 5205.07 DoD Manual, ICDs, and related Industrial Security guidance manuals or special program security directives.Understanding of government guidance, including NISPOM and DoD manuals.Security‑related certification and training courses.Experience with SIMS and DISS databases.Working knowledge of Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG).What We Offer Salary range: $75,800 – $144,200 USD.Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, holidays.Holiday and vacation benefits depend on the specific business unit.Annual short‑term and long‑term incentive compensation programs (subject to performance and business conditions).Equal Opportunity Employer RTX is an equal opportunity employer.
