The Security Flex Officer will guard and monitor NSG's client company grounds to prevent theft, violence, or other loss of company property.Major Duties And ResponsibilitiesConduct scheduled walking rounds of the facilities, both outside and inside.Monitor property entrance/exit posts, inspect property and monitor visitors (this can include operating access control gates at truck docks).Contact law enforcement or fire department in case of an emergency. Communicate all incidents of such to NSG leadership and property owners.De‑escalate situations by reducing the level or intensity, where conflict resolution or crisis management is needed.
