Job SummaryMaintains surveillance of designated areas and activities while identifying and documenting irregular activity. Supports the supervision, operation, and overall integrity of Surveillance operations at Caesars Virginia.How You Will Create The ExtraordinaryProtect company assets and maintain operational integrity through CCTV monitoring and floor observationsDemonstrate leadership and provide a safe environment for guests and team membersAssist the Surveillance Supervisor in directing and overseeing Surveillance AgentsSupport scheduling, daily reports, and administrative responsibilitiesProvide leadership and supervision in the absence of the SupervisorPerform Surveillance Agent duties when necessaryOperate surveillance systems including monitors, switchers, computers, controllers, and camerasMonitor all departments and operations to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and internal controlsMaintain compliance with attendance, regulatory, and company policiesCommunicate effectively with Security and other departments using radios and phonesMaintain awareness of daily operations, promotions, and property informationAnticipate and respond quickly to potential issuesDeliver a positive, professional demeanor and uphold Caesars service standardsWHAT YOU WILL NEEDPrevious supervisory experience preferredMinimum of two years of casino surveillance experience or a combination of surveillance, law enforcement, or loss prevention/security experienceStrong knowledge of casino operations and table games, including cheating detectionExcellent communication, organizational, and report-writing skillsWorking knowledge of Virginia Lottery gaming regulationsMust be at least 21 years of ageAbility to work any shift, including weekends and holidaysBasic computer proficiencyStrong teamwork and interpersonal skillsAbility to produce clear, detailed, and accurate reportsMust be able to obtain and maintain a Virginia Gaming LicenseAdditional RequirementsMust be able to sit or stand for extended periods while monitoring multiple CCTV screensAbility to work in confined spaces and maneuver in close quartersMust remain calm and make sound decisions in stressful situationsAbility to observe and recall detailed information about incidents and individualsMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to operate surveillance equipment including monitors, switches, computers, controllers, and camerasMust be able to provide court testimony and complete detailed reporting when requiredMust be able to work overtime or adjust shifts on short noticeMust be able to read, write, speak, and understand English#J-18808-Ljbffr
