Associa is currently looking for a Gatehouse Attendant to join our team in St.Petersburg, FL. As a Gatehouse Attendant, you will generally assist with providing guests with information and directions.

Part-time Schedule

Our Gatehouse Attendants make a significant impact through the work they do, such as:

  • Respond to alarms and emergency situations.
  • Make periodic tours to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment.
  • Greet incoming guests and tenants, providing information regarding the site and surrounding area as requested by visitors.
  • Guard and monitor premises to prevent theft, property destruction, violence, or rule and safety violations.
  • Perform fire prevention, safety, and maintenance tasks, and parking/traffic enforcement.

Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.

  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
  • Time management and time-critical prioritization skills.
